Positive: We were almost the only ones there.
Negative: The host didn’t understand ANYTHING in English, we couldn’t even understand what she was saying with translator and Thank God I had a friend who speaks Italian that I called to talk to the host! Turned out that she asked us at what time we want to eat breakfast and what will we eat. There could have just been a paper where we could fill this information. It was really unconfortable. Breakfast was only one croissant and tea/coffee. Also, the hairdryer was very old and dusty, it will burn soon😅 I checked out with wet hair.

Positive: Positive: Brand new facilities, responsive and careful host. Negative: Sound isolation almost non existent (could hear clearly other room’s TV) ; located on a quite trafficked road. If you do not have a heavy sleep, bring earplugs.
