Summary: The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the floor still felt a little sandy, so I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot in the room. The A/C worked well, although it was occasionally a bit noisy. I requested a 30-minute late check-out at the front desk, but my request was denied because they claimed the hotel was at full capacity. I checked the booking website afterward and found that many rooms were still available, so it seemed the staff member wasn't making much of an effort to accommodate the request or be helpful. On a positive note, the woman who checked me in was very attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service.

Summary: The whole resort complex has a great friendly fun loving vibe. Its best to check in before 6 pm otherwise the staff will leave you a complicated key lock box at your room door to get your room keys.

Summary: There’s really no choice but to stay here if you’re going to Cherry Grove, but for the most part the rooms are nice and spacious. They floors were just sandy and dirty so keep your shoes on inside, also old snacks behind the furniture, and there were stains on the beds… very gross. But it’s fun to be able to sleep on fire island despite all of that. The front desk is a little rude when it comes to accommodating requests that were originally on your reservation. My girlfriend was gone for like 15 minutes talking to the front desk about how we booked a double room not a single and they were just telling her double room means for two people which made no sense. After the back and forth we got our room that we originally requested. but cleaning staff is nice and helpful (honestly the only pleasant people in the hotel). Also the pool is dirty I wouldn’t go in there and we didn’t.

Summary: Clean rooms and very attentive staff. Room was the perfect size for my friend and I to share and we had an ideal location for our activities. We’ll definitely come back.
