Positive: Convenient location close to the ferry, clean, great A/C, all necessities included, easy communication with local staff, easily sleeps 8/10 people.

Negative: We did have a sofa that seems to have been urinated on, but they came immediately to take it and clean it.

Summary: Lovely place on Fire Island for a family or two to stay, in Ocean Bay - includes bikes! Added bonus

Positive: The place was great! Kitchen, living room, bedroom were just right

Negative: The drain in the bathroom needs a little fixing and so is the the mold on shower curtain... the throws/blankets need washing and the pillows were kind of cheap quality
