Summary: Pros: The property is nice surrounded by greenery. The addition of balconies is great. The rooms are quite spacious. Walking distance to botanical garden which is basically a park with a decent walking trail to take in nature and seaside. Also has zip line. Cons: we didn't realize how far this property is from Batumi downtown... It's sometimes hard to find a Bolt
