Positive: It was clean and our room had a nice view from balcony. Bus stop is in front of the house but it’s still far from the beach. The house was still in renovation process so we didn’t had a kitchen, but we had a little fridge and you can also use the big kitchen downstairs.
Negative: Since the house is in front of the road it was very noisy at night, I had hard time sleeping. Air conditioner wasn’t working and it was really hot, when we opened the windows a huge amount of black bugs came in and also butterflies so we spent whole night trying to get rid of them and had to close the windows, so it was very uncomfortable in the summer. Also rooms are upstairs and our room was on the third floor, so since we didn’t have a kitchen it was hard to carry tea/coffee or soup on the third floor without spilling it. We stayed for two nights and we weren’t bothered by distance between a house and the beach but you have to switch buses to get to the beach so it’s kinda far.
Summary: Overall it was nice because we didn’t stay for long
