Positive: The best travel experience, to say the least. I’ve visited many countries and cities, but none have given me the feeling and experience that Greenday did. From the views, to the hospitality, to the version of myself I got to uncover while I was there, every moment felt special. Ten days somehow felt both full and far too short. By day three, I was already so comfortable that the thought of leaving made me a little sad. There was something about the atmosphere and the people that made everything feel easy and natural. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. No matter where you were or who you spoke to, there was always warmth, genuine smiles, and a sense that you truly belonged there. Because of that, you never once felt alone. What made it even more meaningful was how the place allowed me to slow down and reconnect with myself. It wasn’t just a trip, it was an experience that stayed with me. Greenday felt like a home away from home, and that’s something very rare to find while traveling. If there’s one thing I could recommend, it would be to book this stay. It’s more than just beautiful views or great service. It’s the feeling you leave with. I’ll miss it every moment that I’m not there.

Positive: Wowww what an amazing stay!! It’s just one brand-new, clean and comfy bungalow overlooking the rice fields and as a solo female I felt super safe. The family is SO friendly, always ordering coffee and happy to hang out! The food is really yummy and the coconut oil process was super cool. It’s so beautiful, 10/10 recommend!

Positive: down a short 4 minute path off the main road though rice fields, Incredible views and a really genuinely lovely stay all around. genuinely really special. The wild life is all around you and its only a very short walk to a really beautiful set of waterfalls, secluded and off the beaten track, we had them to ourselves. The host family was really sweet and lovely, offering us advice and trying fruit from the local area. The food in the restaurant was also really delicious, but be sure to book ahead. I ordered a coconut on the menu and he said "sure but it will take a moment" he then climbed the nearest coconut tree and cut me the freshest coconut i have ever had! I would have ordered the chicken too but it would require a similar procedure which we weren't willing to do at that time! :D

Negative: Nothing! Just that the provided towels could be better quality for next time :)

Summary: Local and lovely - One of our most favourite stays in all of Indonesia.

Positive: The view is absolutely breathtaking! It blew my mind. The host, Ross, was so friendly and welcoming and his wife and family made me feel very at home. He took me on a scooter tour (I am unable to walk forward due to an injury) and showed me all the great spots and described the plants and trees, pointing things out as we went along. We avoided the crowds at the main wall. Spots and went to a secret waterfall which was absolutely spectacular and gave me a very strong massage as stood underneath it! I helped the family cook both evenings, which was a lovely experience, and also made coconut oil from scratch. I spent two nights here - it was a perfect time for me (because I can’t walk far), but if I was able to explore more independently, then I would recommend three nights.

Negative: Absolutely nothing! It is perfect 😍

Positive: The definition of a perfect stay! We spent two nights here, and it truly felt unreal how beautiful this place is. Ros and his family go above and beyond to make every moment special. His wife is an amazing cook – her jackfruit curry was absolutely unforgettable, and we would come back just to taste it again! We explored the Black Monkey Forest, a stunning waterfall, and the rice fields together with Ros, and every experience was so enjoyable and authentic. The bungalow itself is brand new, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There is only one bungalow at the moment, which made the stay feel even more private and unique. We loved every second of it and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Positive: Guys you don’t understand I felt like I was stealing because of how beautiful the view was, how incredible the stay was, very clean and spacious with good working WiFi and hot water. The family who live on the land are the best part about this stay. They are a beautiful family who live off of the land and show you how to appreciate a simple life. You can see many monkeys in the trees and the breakfast was amazing!

Positive: All was absolutely perfect: the guys had a warm welcome, they are so kind, polite and helpful! You'll fell like at home❤️ They showed us how coffee and coconut oil are made and it was an amazing experience! We also saw 2 black monkey at 3 meters!!! Room is superlarge, clean qnd comfy! Batroom also great! It s the best structure we have fpund in 2 months in Indonesia. AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY!
