Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) We had an amazing stay at Organic Rice Harmony in Tetebatu! Ryan and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming — from the first moment we arrived, we felt like part of their family. The place itself is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning rice fields. Sitting on the balcony and looking over the green landscape was simply breathtaking. The small villa was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed — a super comfy bed, hot shower, air conditioning, a small fridge, and Wi-Fi. You can also rent a scooter directly from Ryan for a fair price, which makes it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from, and we also had lunch and dinner there — all freshly cooked and tasty. Ryan offered us several activities, and we decided to join two of them: a coffee-making session with his aunt (from roasting to drinking our own coffee!) and a long rice field hike with his cousin. The hike was fantastic — we learned so much about local plants and farming, saw three beautiful waterfalls, and even visited the monkey forest where we spotted both black and grey monkeys. We can highly recommend both activities! The whole experience felt very authentic and personal, and we had many nice conversations with Ryan and his family. It’s a perfect place for couples or solo travelers who want to experience real Lombok culture and hospitality away from tourist crowds. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and heartwarming stay in Tetebatu.

Negative: The only small thing to note: the accommodation is located a short walk from the main road, but if you let Ryan know when you h, he’ll gladly help you with your luggage.

Positive: Ryan and his family are so welcoming, showing us around Jeruk Manis and Tetebatu through rice fields, local villages but also including us in their family dinner and singing around a bonfire. Also, the room is brand new and beautiful! Ryan cooks every meal freshly. We cannot recommend this place more, it was surely a highlight of our travels!
