Positive: We had the best time at Egik and Ika‘s guesthouse. Both are the kindest people and organized everything for us from pickup, tours and scooters. The rice fields tour we made with Egik was amazing and afterwards we even made our own coconut oil with the whole family. The food was the best we ever had in Indonesia. The whole stay was just perfect and we can only recommend to stay here for at least 2 nights so discover the surroundings of Tetebatu and profit from this nice accommodation.It was surrounded by beautiful nature and we just felt so relaxed.

Positive: The best accommodation we have ever stayed in! We have booked the upper room, which was nice, clean and well equipt. Moreover, the view from the room was simply breathtaking. Apart from the beautiful accommodation they have a small restaurant with amazing meals made from fresh local ingredients. We do recommend trips the hosts organize as well - we have attended two of them and both were above our expectations. The hosts are warm and kind, we have felt like at home from the first minute we have arrived.

Positive: Peaceful location with an amazing view on the mountains! Egi & Ika are the best hosts you can imagine! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, I already missed pancakes! On top of that Egi has significant experience in the tourism industry, he helped me to find a good guide for the trekking and organise the rest of my trip in Indonesia. I have also enjoyed very much the cooking class and the exploration of Tetebatu! Thank you again, everything was perfect ! 😊

Positive: As our 30 days on Lombok is coming to an end, I have to say that this was our most favorite home stay of all. The place is impeccably clean and the food we had here was the best in all of Lombok. The chicken curry and the rendang was so good that everything else after that was almost disappointing. Just know that so much love goes into these dishes that it takes a while for them to make it. So don’t be in a rush. It’s so worth it! Breakfast was amazing too! It was a fun 3 days in Tetebatu, but our most enjoyable times there were spent just hanging out with Egik and his family. Playing music, bbq and he even gave us a ride to Selong Belanak and went to see some waterfalls on the way. His wife even sent me some recipes! They really go above and beyond for their guests! We already miss them.

Positive: I had the most pleasant stay at Stay Together Homestay and would really recommend it to anyone visiting the island of Lombok! The host family is so adorable and really does everything to make sure you feel welcome and at home. From fresh fruits upon arrival to delicious coffee, they really treat you as a king. The breakfast is also really delicious and generous: I can only recommend their delicious omelette! 🍳 I also recommend taking part in the activities. Due to the bad weather, I unfortunately couldn’t go to the rice fields and the monkey forest, but I took part in a traditional cooking class and had a really great time. It’s also a nice way of supporting the local women. 🧑‍🍳 To fully enjoy the place, I really recommend spending at least one full day / two nights here. The location is not only ideal for relaxation, but staying for two nights also allows you to connect deeper with these amazing hosts with whom I had really interesting discussions about culture, society and religion in Indonesia. Don’t hesitate and book your stay!!! I personally can’t wait to be back and would definitely stay here again during a next trip in Lombok!

Positive: Egik and Ikaa (and all of the other family members) are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The ricefield tour with Erno was incredible, hè brought us to what we consider the most beautiful place on earth 😀 the food was good, singing and platina guitar with Egik was lovely (ask after his stay together song!)

Negative: The second bed in the room was not very comfortable. That is a point of improvement. But for the rest: a perfect place, highlands recommended

Positive: This stay exceeds all expectations. The owners and their family are very friendly and they make you feel like part of the family. There is always someone around who will make you a cup of tea or coffee (no extra charge) whenever you like. We loved the teas! The breakfasts are lovely, they have mastered an American pancake and the omelette was very tasty. Meals in the evening are really good but would be worth telling them what you would like earlier as they need to get fresh ingredients so it can be a bit of a wait. We did both the cooking class and the rice fields and monkey forest tour. Both were really enjoyable, especially the cooking tour. They involve women from the village to help them make some money which is really nice to see. Thanks Ameena for the coconut oil class! The room is lovely, the fans keeps the room cool. Would defo stay again!

Negative: Shower pressure and temperature was a bit temperamental but once we mastered it, it wasn't too bad.
