Positive: Closeness to the ocean surf. House layout was good. Living room ac worked great.

Negative: AC was hard to get to temp for sleeping after being off all day. The fishing pole was broken and we had to buy some in order to fish.

Negative: First of all, the place was beautiful the views was everything. The customer service was terrible especially from the manager. When we got to the house we notice the BBQ grill is not functioning, the canoe nor bikes was accessible. The AC drips on the bed on the lower floor, the AC in the upper room on the balcony shut down completely and made a huge noise waking up the crew. We called for the manager so many time on this trip and she told us she’s sending a maintenance crew which NONONE CAME. The water in the bathroom upstairs had poor water service it turns off while showering and it was low each day we tried to shower. The rooms with the two bed in it was so hot. The house needs some work . Its far from placencia village itself way before seine beight this need to be mentioned. for the price they really gotta do better with the service they offering . other than that the home would have been perfect

Positive: the property was spacious and beautiful location directly on the beech

Negative: The property was not clean when we arrived and there were roaches all throughout the kitchen. we reported to the Vacasa property manager who did nothing to remedy the issue. we spent the first two days having to do insect sprays and clean every dish in the kitchen because of the roaches and roach eggs we found in the kitchen, it was uncomfortable to stay knowing insects were everywhere. I really loved the place so it was ashamed that it was left unclean for our arrival
