AshleyRose cottage situated in the beautiful Okiwi valley only 5 minutes drive to the whangapoua beach ...great surf spot ...swimming diving or picking pipi and cockles in the estuary below....7 min drive to Port Fitzroy store and wharf ...another lovely swimming spot .
Drive through our beautiful island and explore the natural beauty of white sandy beaches or walk the coastal or mountain tracks , a soak in the natural thermal hot pools is a must to do.
Try some delish food at the local cafes burger bars restaurants sports clubs or even a game of golf and meet the locals....a 5 min walk to the cute wee skate park alongside okiwi school playground for the children and a beautiful native bush reserve walkway ....Art studio available for drawing painting or just to relax and read .

Summary: Clean, Tidy, Spacious easy to find. Plenty of information about property and on hand help when needed. Only downside was the distance from most activities (no reflection on listing). Great night sky, peace and quiet.

Summary: Great home with everything you need. Good cell coverage (which was a shame). Close to the store at Port Fitzroy and a great base with a quick drive to beaches and walks to explore. Quick friendly easy communication from Ngaire making it a pleasure to stay.

Summary: The property is well look after, extremely relaxing hearing the native birds each day, and beautifully furnished. Ngaire was extremely helpful and the property provided everything we needed for our two week holiday with our three kids. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: Very comfortable, easy, open house, great gas cooker, carpet, comfy couches. Loved lack of coverage (on our network) for full time out, make sure you bring books and games. Okiwi Park a short walk away is beautiful and special.
