Summary: Good Stuff: Service staff is terrific; Shout out to (i) Erik, in Guest Services, who gave me a free hydrotherapy circuit, & (ii) Concierge Karen who booked it for me - it was awesome. & Gerardo in the Spa was fantastic (I have named him my Guru-de-Agua)!!! Shout out to Juan from Butchers for making me an "allergy card" & finding me the next day to ensure that I'd be safe for dining anywhere on property; All bartenders are super, but the bartenders at Marimba at fabulous! The dancers work hard at a lot of outlets - so much respect for their commitment! Not-So-Good Stuff: Horrible, so uncomfortable, body aching, mattresses & pillows; Food in restaurants is woefully underseasoned; & I did not appreciate being told by the other Concierge guys (fantastic Karen was not working that day) that my "welcome gift" was a 90-minute presentation followed by a raffle for the opportunity to earn a week - I paid full price, there was no kind of "good deal" on my pricing that justifies this kind of commitment/ask - this is not a "gift" in any way - it really will really make me think twice about staying here again. Fortunately, the other concierge, Karen, & additional staff made all the difference!

Summary: Grand sirenis has been amazing!! There is not one thing we can fault. Erik Medina has been fantastic, looked after us and made our trip. Our flight has been delayed by 2 days and Erik has sorted everything out for us. We will definitely be back

Summary: Friendly staff andnlots of activities. Concierge and staff werent always on the same page. Mixed up our dinner reservations one night and didnt pick up our luggage ass aranged for our departure.

Summary: The Grand Sirenis Rivera Maya is a wonderful resort. There are three huge pools which are all different and all fun. Excellent food at both of the buffets and at the themed restaurants that we tried, which included the Mexican, Asian, and Mediterranean restaurants. It is quite a large property with many well maintained walkways that connect all of the areas. We enjoyed this about the Grand Sirenis, and had some great times just walking around from place to place and getting some god exercise in the process. A unique feature is the lazy river, which we found to be a "not so lazy" river with a pretty good current. It was fun to float around and swim through it as well. My daughter especially enjoyed swimming through the lazy river as did I. The rooms were large, very nice, and well equipped with everything that you would expect at a resort of this type. The beach area was also very large and had a lot of different areas to enjoy. Unfortunately, we went during Sargassum season so the beaches were not swimmable due to the abundance of seaweed. I can only imagine how beautiful the beaches would be during the seasons where Sargassum is not an issue, and of course, that is all beyond the control of the resort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Grand Sirenis and wold definitely return for a future visit.

Summary: The air condition was not working in our room. The room was humid and hot. For several hours, I asked them to look into the problem. Their only responses will get a maintenance man to look into it. Not until midnight when my family I could no longer support The unbearable heat in the room. I had to go to the front desk and speak to a manager. You pay for top service and a luxury hotel but the room conditions are less than adequate.

Summary: Staff and service was great! Shoutout to Erick and Juan concierges. Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The themed restaurants were ok- the flavor just wasn’t there at all and food freshness was lacking. In fact, the buffet offered better taste and freshness. The nightly entertainment/shows could improve.

Summary: We have gone here 6 times . We brought our neighbours and their kids and they cannot get over the good and staff and resort. Renovated since we went . Shows are amazing grease, Micheal Jackson , light show. And craft market in Thursdays

Summary: I can't say enough wonderful things about Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa after our recent stay! The property is natural and clean. The natural wildlife is amazing to see. The property is also HUGE but thankfully they have shuttles to drive you around, if need be. Though all the drivers were great, we especially loved our rides with Kevin. Our concierges Dario, Lluvia, Diego, Joseph, Erick, and Omar made sure our every need was met. They were so helpful when making dinner reservations, booking with Dolphin Discovery, and booking spa treatments. In the spa, Carla was especially attentive and made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in until the shuttle was ready to pick us up and return us to our room. The breakfast and lunch buffets are great! Marcelo and Francisco always made sure we had a table right away and helped us with drinks immediately. The evening restaurants are EXCEPTIONAL. Carnal is a MUST GO TO! The food is delicious and the singers and dancers make for a night you won't soon forget. At Oshi Hibachi, Reynaldo (chef) put on an amazing show and the food was perfectly seasoned. Pueblito Lindo has such delicious, authentic Mexican food and fresh ceviche. The shows in The Platea Theater are top notch. We especially loved the Michael Jackson show! Overall, I give this resort a 12/10 because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!
