Positive: Exceptional stay at a legendary resort Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is truly a legendary resort, easily exceeding five-star expectations. Everything is outstanding, especially the thermal spa facilities, which are absolutely exceptional. During the busy days of Davos, it can be difficult to find enough time to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity — it’s a truly remarkable place.

Positive: The spa and thermal waters are excellent. The location and overall atmosphere are very pleasant, and the food is generally good. I have visited many times over the years.

Negative: I've been there for so many years but I see the service is deteriorating it became more touristic destination I feel that breakfast has deteriorated the service deteriorated on the prescription extremely rude they will not push 30 minutes delayed check out for any reasons no matter how many years you are a client or whatsoever

Summary: Long-time guest, but service has deteriorated—overly touristic, declining breakfast quality, rude staff, and no flexibil

Positive: Hot thermal water in adults pool, gym, outdoor pool, spa entertainments in Tamina Therme, family spa (but the water here is only 32 degree) big medical center, nature, fresh juices on breakfast, mountain view, cleanness, spa, hair service, ski resort in 15 min

Negative: Namun Restaurant kitchen, Kindervilla care service, for staying more then 1 nigh it is too small children menu in Olives (I recommend to copy children menu from Carlton Hotel St. Moritz - they really love small guests and provide wide range of food, so it is easy to stay more than 1 night)

Positive: Helenabad with warm water was a pleasure, room was clean and well decorated, restaurant Zollstube and Memories were nice, the nature around is beautiful, 15 min drive to ski lift, 1h from Zurich airport.

Negative: Kindervilla: Mrs. Manuella made an impression of nonreliable, not attentive to a child, tired from work babysitter who isn't able to find a warm contact with a kid in kinderclub room. I even cancelled my next weekend as there is no possibility to visit warm thermal Helenabad with children (family spa water is only 32 grad) and no more trust to kindervilla's "care".

Positive: Staff were so friendly. I'd wish to thank the staff at the reservation office Ms. Florencia Bianchini, for her effective and kind assistance in extending my stay with the resort. She and her colleagues were working non-stop during the holidays to help guests, I am deeply grateful. I'd also wish to thank the cleaning lady Smilja Atanasković for her service. These people that I name here represent the best, in my opinion, of the devotion and the high level of professionalism of the staff of the resort. I love this resort, which I have kept coming back since 15 years now. Bravo, to be continued! I wish the resort and all the staff more prosperity and success in the New Year!
