Positive: Excellent front service, greeted by the lovely owner. Room was perfect, in fact two rooms were available. Comfortable, quiet, by the river with a terrace, very clean and exceeded our expectations. Oldest hotel in Bad Ragaz. Location was perfect, close to everything to walk to. Breakfast was amazing. Best I’ve had in years at a hotel. Thank you, we will be back next year!

Positive: Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly staff and clean rooms

Negative: The bathroom entrance of room 16 is a kind of tricky to get in as it’s really small, I can imagine older people can’t go into the shower with a serious risk of injury.

Positive: Lovely Hotel - Clean, a little old fashioned but lovely staff and hotel room was modern with adequate facilities. Parking nearby allocated to the hotel. There didn’t seem to be a need to book and we were able to park within 100m of hotel. Breakfast was very good with the chef constantly paying attention to the large variety of choices and keeping them topped up. Overall good value for money
