Summary: We liked our Suite and the private pool, but the other visitors partied until 4 AM and we complained for 3 nights with no relief. When leaving, we did not return our wrist bands, because we were not told to return them. They refused to let us leave the premises and kept us hostage for 15 minutes in our car waiting for them to open the gate so we could leave. Totally unprofessional, rude and illegal. Don't expect anything better. This was off season, imagine what it is like when it is at full capacity!?

Summary: Resort was beautiful and very quiet! Very relaxing to the pools to the beach resort my family had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive and polite! Would recommend to everyone and will be back!

Summary: Stayed NYE week. It was dead. Asked about this and told that this is the usual crowd. We were the only people at the main pool, serenity pool and at the dinner buffet (do not recommend lunch or dinner on property). Even though we had All inclusive, opted to go in town to enjoy our lunch and dinners in Bucerias and Sayulita (amazing little towns and worth exploring). Did get a good burger at the beach club, along with fish tacos. Bartenders were super cool and attentive. Disco/night club was advertised, but non existent. Other areas were also featured, but closed or not available. Have to take shuttles to beach club and surrounding. Spa at Delta Hotels was nearby and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Front desk clerk (Benita?) was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, but no heat, pressure or drainage in bathroom showers. It could be nice with a bit of TLC and some energy. First and last visit.

Summary: the resort is not near anything walkable. Dining options was limited to 1 place and that was the buffet. when trying to reserve the advertised restaurants, they were always closed. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend. you will just be frustrated.
