Summary: The owners of this property have put a lot of thought into its design and it shows. There are a few areas where guests can stay yet each has a privacy that is lovely. The interior space is beautiful, comfortable and all the amenities needed are provided. Did I mention the amazing view? You look out over all of Puerto Vallarta, and a marina which provides lots of entertainment watching the boats come and go. And there is a pool which provided a great place to dip in the afternoon. We had our two small dogs with us and they were safe inside the fenced property. Anything we needed was promptly provided and the owner Paul was gracious and accomodating throughout the experience. I highly recommend staying here! My only caution would be if you have any issues with stairs or roosters. This property is located on a steep hill and there are several stairs one has to climb to access the space, and as is true for many places in Mexico - a tightly knit commumity of roosters live amongst the homes on the hill.

Summary: beautiful grounds, rich colors, winding pathways, interesting art, well equipped kitchens, helpful staff, gorgeous sunrises, refreshing pool driveway and road to approach the units is seriously steep both for cars and walking. need to be reasonably it to handle stairs, and road/driveway
