Positive: Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was always fresh and well organized. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, elegant, and inviting. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

Positive: The location is good. guests can use GG or Yandex go that are operative taxi apps to come and go to the center with relatively fair prices. Staff were helpful.

Negative: Reception staff was very unprofessional and gave me two options of whether cancel my booking from booking.com or pay them 10,000 AMD for early check-in, even though I arrived on 13:00 just one hour before the original check-in time. When I responded that I am ok with waiting for this one hour the reception showed me the exit door and did not offer me at first a seat in the lobby. Although they were kind with helping me with the luggage but i hope that reception crew will reconsider this kind of unprofessional behavior for future guests.
