Positive: Quiet place, not far from the center. By car you can get there in 10 minutes. Clean, the owners are nice people. Ideal for a small budget and for a business trip. I recommend!

Positive: Sam's mom is a really kind, generous person. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: Very far away from everything. No buses to return after 10 PM. Nothing to do in the area. A bit expensive considering the location.

Positive: The place was clean, the bed comfortable. It was cheap.

Negative: We had some problems finding the place, it is very incoveniently located. There was no water for two nights, but that was not the owner´s fault, there was an accident, so that will probably not happen again. We were sorry not to meet the owner, many things would have gone more smoothly.

Positive: We met a really exceptional Armenian young fellow who is really proud and in love with his country. His family was absolutely very welcoming and we couldn't expect such generosity and simplicity from these people. Sam was the key to Armenia for our poorly-prepared trip throughout the north and center of his beautiful Armenia. He was incredibly helpful during this 8-day trip (not enough to reach the south part of Armenia...) and very reactive to our questions. He is completely fluent in English and I will never thank him enough for what he did. I hope we will come back some day and see the swimming-pool he was planning to build. Sam you are a real treasure ! ;-) We wish you and your family all the best in this chaotic period.

Negative: We should have stayed longer !
