Summary: This is a large house which we were looking for. It was very clean. The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. It has three floors. The top floor has no air conditioning. The second floor was extremely hot and the first floor when the air conditioner was on cool. The host has the air conditioner pre set at 24 So even if you turn the temp down it reverts back to 24 at pre set times. There were no instructions provided to change the settings. In fact it was so hot we had to contact and ask her to have someone fix the air conditioner because we thought it was broken. No air was coming from the vents! It happened to be during a very hot spell which made it worse. Everything else was fine. The host responded in a timely manner and we were able to arrive an hour earlier.

Summary: We had a group of 14 and there was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Great communication and easy check in. Only a 10 minute drive to town. The hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked. If you have a large group, I would highly recommend staying here!
