Summary: Views are very nice - the beach chairs are alittle bit old - the main problem is the noise from the AC units - it’s so loud hou don’t want to go on our patio or on the rooftop terrasse. Food at the restaurant is very poor and the food counter to take out is below average

Summary: This is one of my favourite hotels in Miami and I have stayed here before. The location is excellent; beach is clean and the amenities are great. The staff is also terrific at the front desk and beach/pool area. However this is the one time I had issues with the housekeeping. I found they did a poor job cleaning, did not replace items that were taken out of the room (ie bathrobe taken and never replaced, soaps and tissues/toilet paper not provided after housekeeping service came and left) and attempting to call housekeeping was also non effective. After complaining to the front desk the housekeeping service improved slightly, but I found their cleanliness was lacking and some items were still not replaced. Unfortunate. However, I am willing to give them another chance since the location is great and the rest of the staff were all super.
