Negative: The resort office , swimming pool was on hill side , very painful for senior citizens.

Positive: The location of the resort is perfect to capture sunset and moon light pictures. The staff is supportive and ready to serve you. They provide bon fire and it is best to spend time with your friends and family at night.

Negative: I didn't swim but the pool water needs to be cleaned at regular intervals. Because they've made provision to take sunbath. The wifi strength needs to be improved.

Positive: The food was really tasty, I love the quality and freshness of food. There is a scope to improve the hospitality feel of the people. Add female workforce, be polite and friendly and problem solving. There was no kettle in the room to prepare tea or hot water. We paid almost 17000 rupees, at least we were expecting water to be served free. The breakfast options were just 2, which was disappointing. Bonus review point: People come to such seclude places to feel the rural life, I see there were so many mango trees with mangoes and obvious expectation is to pluck some mangoes from trees, we were not allowed to pluck mangoes at all. Which was little awful. You can charge for mangoes and sell to the customers they would be more than happy in buying them.

Positive: Location is good and greenery is nice. About 2.5 km from nearest beach. Booking.com shows 1150 ft from beach is wrong information.

Negative: 1. Staff untrained, unprofessional not knowing their job well. 2. Facilities below par for the tariff. No in room facilities like TV, tea/coffee facilities, kettle, toiletries provided substandard, no housekeeping facilities. No mineral water provided in room. No reception personnel deployed to attend to guests. No phone number card. 3. Included Breakfast in tariff was pathetic. Tea Coffee provided was very poor. No standard cutlery. All arrangements makeshift. No proper seating in dining area. Food preparation spicy. 4. Cleanliness very poor. Permanent stink in Family Room. 5. Place Not at all senior citizen friendly. Flooring, stairs uneven many places. 6. Reception lobby placed underneath the staircase. No proper place for guests to wait. 7. No POS machine for making card payments. 8. Swimming pool without filtration plant. Maintenance poor. No facility for taking shower near pool, no changing area. No marking indicating depth of the pool.. 9. Approach road very very steep, almost an incline of more than 45 degrees and broken roads. 10. Overall a disappointing stay and zero value for money.

Summary: Not fit to be categorised as a resort.
