Positive: The breakfast had one good dish every day. Tea was excellent . The behavior of all the staff members was extremely good and helpful .

Negative: The fish was stale . The main attraction of Konkan is to have good , fresh fish . They should inform the guests where one can get fresh fish to eat .

Summary: Had an enjoyable stay . Beach and home cooked eating places are within walking distance .

Negative: No smaller towels at the rate of the hotel room. No extra things at the rate that I am paying. Pool is really way too small.

Summary: Okayish. Not great for the price that you are paying, but better than other homestays I think.

Positive: The location is good, its about a 10 min walk on an unpaved road to the Diveagar beach. The rooms are quite big and have a nice balcony on the outside. Room facilities are also good.

Negative: The food options in the restaurant are limited, and the restaurant only remains open if you inform them earlier that you want dinner.

Summary: Beautiful facility, spacious rooms, albeit a little pricey for the location.
