Positive: Perfect little home stay for a few days in London! The location was pretty good as it was walkable to Clapham Common. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Check in instructions were simple to follow. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Positive: Clean, tidy, beautiful and quiet. Had everything I needed. Location was great for me and bathroom was pristine. Great community of helpful people living locally. Landlady and partner were so helpful too. The cleanliness was exemplary and local amenities excellent. It was warm, but had great julienne window which helped balance the temperature.

Negative: I might suggest a bolt on the inside for additional security and safety. Locking the door from the inside was easy, unlocking it again was more of a task.

Positive: The location worked really well with easy access to buses and trains into Brixton or London, the space in the room worked well and although the bathroom was shared it was clean and tidy. The room and bathroom had everything needed for a weekend break. The room had a washing machine and dishwasher. The ability to park the car was a good bonus.

Negative: The room unless.you had the window open was very hot and stuffy. The car park was overflowing and we got blocked in overnight. The property whilst we was visiting had a outside light fitted from a light spur socket in the hallway and was tacked against wooden panelling outside the front door and looked awful. There was quiet a bit of noise with door slamming or the front gate clanging but this was consistent with people getting up for work etc. With a bit of TLC, the property would be even better.
