Positive: I loved the back bedroom and i love the fat there was a balcony in the room. Diana was excellent at helping me and communicating she is a very nice person to get help from

Negative: they was refurbishing the balcony so i couldn’t go there

Negative: The accommodation was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of service which, when travelling with 3 young children, really makes things harder. The front door did not feel secure - even when locked there was so much movement in it. Felt like you could push it and it would break open. The markings on the oven had completely worn off which made cooking difficult. The terrace/balcony was flooded and unuseable and looked nothing like the photo on the booking site. There was no plug for the kitchen sink which made washing up difficult. The bed in the spare room was uncomfortable and full of what felt like broken springs - every time you sat on it or moved it sounded like mental falling down the mattress. The tv in the lounge barely worked - it only had free view (not Netflix or streaming as described) and a lot of those channels didn’t work as they had no signal or made a horrible screeching sound - we ended up just turning it off. The streaming services were only available on the TV in the bedroom but unfortunately this is where the travel cot had been set up and it was the only room that fits that cot in so we weren’t able to watch the tv in there in the evening without waking up the baby. I messaged the host via the WhatsApp details provided in the evening to get help with an issue and they told me they were going to forward my query and “get back to me asap” - I never heard anything again after that.

Summary: The location was ideal but overall the accommodation was disappointing and not worth what I paid.

Positive: Amazing location close to the central London walking distance to all the nearby attractions.

Negative: Building outside construction was going on so bit noisy during our stay
