Feel at home and relaxed during your stay in London at this gorgeous, quiet and secure flat in the heart of London by Waterloo station & the London Eye.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and features 2 full bedrooms (one USA queen bed and one double bed) which both have full bathrooms next to them (one ensuite). There is plenty of closet space for your stay as well as all towels and linens are provided.
The Master Bedroom has direct access to the balcony as well as a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.
There is an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with seating for 6 and the sofa in the living area can be made into a queen bed for additional guests. The living area also features a flatscreen TV as well as cultural books on London to use during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, American coffee maker, french press, nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, basic supplies including salt and pepper and cooking utensils and of course a variety of pots and pans etc... There is a full sized fridge and freezer as well as microwave and oven.
Off the hallway is a utility room with a separate washer & dryer. The flat features underfloor heating throughout for the winter months and we have Air Conditioning for the summer months.
There is a communal roof terrace which overlooks the London Eye - however we cannot guarantee this is always open due to weather or other health and safety reasons.
The flat is managed by Hannah Levin who lives locally and manages several flats in the area with excellent ratings for business and services. She will be delighted to help you with any aspect of your stay!
Please note that for bookings of more than 2 weeks, please inquire for special rates. Please also note there is a £100 additional charge for the sofa bed to cover additional laundry and cleaning costs for your stay. Check in is normally between 3 - 7pm and check out is on or before 11am but we will of course work with your timings as best as possible. Should you wish to guarantee early check in, you can ask to book the night before (if it is available) for an additional £75 which means we will block off the night before so you can check in anytime from 7am on day of arrival. Same for a late check out

Summary: Overall the flat was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. Location was close to Waterloo which made getting to everything easy. We had a little trouble with the front door keys which Teri quickly addressed. The only disappointment was that the rooftop deck that was advertised in the listing and photos was padlocked and not accessible - we had planned to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from there. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Summary: I would absolutely book again, great location, house and communication! Elevator, AC and fan, blackout curtain (except second room), and washer/dryer and solid wifi. This is a lot for Europe! The location is amazing too! Safe area! Lots to do, London is so much fun!

Summary: This property is really nice. Conveniently located, slightly away from the crowds, well-appointed, access to The Tube (5 min walk to Lambreth Station, 10 min to Waterloo). Solid small, independent restaurants and small groceries…great stay in London.

Summary: Beautiful flat in a very cool area. Traveled with my husband and two children (ages 10 and 12) and having this lovely, spacious apartment made the trip a lot easier. Being able to wash clothes was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We could walk to the trains, restaurants and even the very cool graffiti tunnel! Hannah was a pleasure to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Summary: This flat was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, had plenty of space and the location was great. There is a tube station within a block, and the larger Waterloo station not far off. There is a small Tesco downstairs, a coffee shop a block away, and many restaurants nearby. The property manager, Hannah accommodated an early check in which was a huge help after an overnight flight. She also provided restaurant recommendations! The housekeeper, Ewa met us at the flat and gave us a thorough overview of the property. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This flat was a perfect spot for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents to spend a week in London exploring. It was close enough to the sights to be convenient, and walkable to a lot, but just off off the tourist path enough to have a quieter vibe at night with many restaurant choices after a day if sightseeing.
