Positive: I liked the set up of the room.

Negative: Beds were tiny. Smelled of wet paint. Door did not lock! Yes you needed the key card but I like to lock the door also and the lock was not reaching the slot in the frame! We had to stack a chair under the handle so I felt better. Walls were paper thin! Two outlets in the room and they were taken up by the lamps. The room was super dark as the lamps were not strong enough. The tv had one channel and the remote only turnt the tv on and off. No volume controls. No channel controls.

Positive: My trip took longer than expected and when I called, the staff was very friendly and made accommodation for my check-in for a later hour. I really appreciated that.

Negative: The mattress was much more firm than what Im used to but I slept VERY well. It was quiet despite many rooms around me being occupied.

Summary: I will not hesitate to stay again when I travel through the area on my way to see family.

Positive: Rooms were freshly redone and comfortable with fridge, microwave, nicely redone bathroom. Don’t be afraid of the bad reviews. The place is freshly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. We were caught in a snowstorm and running really late - wouldn’t get there till 4 am. Manager called to check on us - offered to stock our fridge with water bottles and even offered to go to the store and get some snacks for us so we would have some food on arrival. No complaints at all.

Negative: All was good.

Summary: Comfortable. Met our needs as a cozy place to come back to after busy days. I recommend for anyone looking for a comfy p
