Positive: Very clean and modern , near to train station and car parks - walking distance into hub of city. Communication with host was excellent . Well stocked with toiletries and coffee/tea - even small bottle of red wine when we arrived.

Negative: It is on the corner of a busy street and it is a ground floor, but even at that, the noise was not bad...it didn't really matter.
