Summary: Beautiful landscaped property with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax which was key for a large group aged 6-78!! Owners were extremely prompt and attentive to addressing any issues and answering any questions. Great location for Dayton and Cincinnati attractions. A heads up there is a sunken living room (2 steps down) and a sunken primary suite (2 steps down to the bed and 2 steps up to access the bathroom) which is key to know for any mobility issues. Spacious laundry room and comfortable beds and seating with plenty of room for dining and multiple cooks. Front covered deck and walkway is a great area to view the nature in a park-like setting.

Summary: The property was wonderful, just as described, and the broker went above and beyond to make my Dad's 85th birthday party beautiful - they even had a cake and balloons, as well as ample pool-side seating waiting for us on our arrival! We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is putting together a larger family function. While only 7 of us actually stayed at the property (with plenty of room left over), there were closer to 30 that showed up for the party itself. And, although it actually rained quite a bit the day of the party, we were able to utilize the front covered veranda comfortably, with seats and elbow room for all, and absolutely beautiful scenery as a backdrop. (I loved taking my coffee out there every morning as well, waiting for the Great Blue Heron's daily morning visit to the creek.) The kitchen was fantastic, and made it easy to coordinate the birthday spread. Super clean and easy to use. The only issue we had was finding which light switches operated what - but it was in fact a fun discovery mission as we figured out how everything worked. Definitely not a drawback! I would definitely recommend, and send a big thank you to Yvett and her team for making everything just lovely!!

Summary: Beautiful location and facilities. Would have liked the hot tub to stay open just a little bit later in the season to be the cooler nights in the hot tub. Host is very responsive.

Summary: Our family stay was nice! The house is big and the rooms are spacious the house was very well stocked with the basic necessities. However, they were many inconveniences, starting with our checking-in time when we arrive the cleanup crew was still cleaning up, they were running behind! So, checking in was at 4:30 PM with many of the chores not done such as bathroom carpets, and bathroom titles still in the dryer wet and not put in the proper place. (Note: there were issues with the dryer that the host resolved the next day. Here is a list of other issues found. 1. Pool was cloudy with way too much chlorine. The host addressed this issue and neutralized the pool by the next day turn green. Unresolved 2. None of the bedroom TV work. The host could not resolve these issues. 3. Ice maker on the refrigerator not working. The host provides one bag of ice 4. Dryer was not working. The host did resolve this issue. 5. Bedroom fans are not clean and full of dust! 6. BBQ grill two propane tanks the spare was empty the one in place was almost empty. Mention it to the host for assistance! Not resolved. 7. Game room, Basketball game unit missing bolts and not working. 8. Chessboard piece broken porcelain sharp edge. The host did resolve these issues. Although these issues were inconvenient, we had a pleasant stay. William F.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious and there was a lot of amenities to enjoy. We loved the pool, hot tub, walks on the property, game room, grill and large kitchen and more. We would definitely go back!

Summary: Area was beautiful, house was very nice. Many issues inside the house. Spa shower that was listed only partially worked. Two bedroom doors were glass, so say goodbye to any sort of privacy! We had to put a sheet over the doors of our rooms to change clothes. The hot tub wasn’t functioning except for two days after repairman came. The televisions upstairs didn’t work. Grass hadn’t been mowed in I don’t know how long. The exercise bike didn’t work.(we had two diabetics that thought they were going to be able to use this.) Only half of the gas grill worked. They were in need of more coffee mugs(maybe had six) and washcloths (had two). Certainly did not pay attention to detail. The property was very nice so we spent as much time as possible outside. Definitely feel we should be compensated for the amount we spent.

Summary: Enjoyed out stay in very private home in Lebanon, OH. The yard/pool/;lay area was super private and pool was clean and well maintained and supplied with comfy chairs. They 7 bedrooms home was clean and had large bedrooms/closets and plenty of kitchen space. Even the garage was a nice play area during rain.

Summary: We enjoyed our time here and used it as a base to visit family and some sites in the area. The home was nice, clean and well stocked. The hot tub didn't work but the host responded quickly when I notified them and they did attempt to get it repaired but that couldn't be accomplished as we were only there for a few days. So if that is an important amenity - just check that it has been fixed. Our young ones loved the pool and basketball net, playground and trampoline. The quiet location was very enjoyable for everyone.

Summary: We reserved this house for a family reunion and were not disappointed. Our four-day trip coincided with multiple thunderstorms, but we were happy to have such a great house to hang out in together. The host Sarah was very responsive whenever we had an issue and we found nearly everything we needed was supplied there. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and playing Ping pong in the garage. The weather finally cleared up on our last day and we were able to use the hot tub and firepit. Some of our younger group members went to Kings Island and many of us also went into town for antique shopping. We loved every minute of our vacation, and I would highly recommend this location for a large group.

Summary: Our family is used to living out in the country, so this property was perfect as it was near the city, but felt secluded with all of the trees surrounding the property. The host was very quick with communication when we needed it. The host was also very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The property was perfect for our large family and provided everything we needed to cook our own meals. We loved all of the spaces to eat outside as the weather was perfect while we were there. The game room in the garage was so nice as well.
