Large roomy home with nicely appointed spaces. Nestled in a planned master community on a cul-de-sac street. The neighborhood features inter-connected sidewalks, green space, ponds, golf course and much more. The home is geographically located almost precisely between Dayton and Cincinnati. This safe, suburban home features all the amenities our distinguished guests have come to expect, and you will feel right at home. We look forward to serving your family's housing needs!
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am every day.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Subject to HOA rules.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

Summary: We had a truly memorable stay at your beautiful home and are very grateful for the warm welcome. The house was impeccably clean and felt like a true home away from home, which made all the difference during such a meaningful time for our family as we prepared for my son’s wedding. The thoughtful touch of reaching out a week in advance and the generous bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion were especially appreciated — thank you for going above and beyond.While our overall experience was positive, I’d also like to share a few observations that might help improve future guests’ comfort and safety.The flooring throughout the house was quite slippery, and unfortunately, several family members experienced slips or near falls. This was particularly concerning given that we were traveling with our 91-year-old grandmother. We had inquired about the possibility of adding non-skid rugs in the hallways, but were told this couldn’t be accommodated. We understand that there may be limitations, but would strongly recommend considering a solution in this area — even temporary rugs or runners could make a big difference in guest safety.Additionally, our week was understandably hectic with wedding preparations, and we were especially looking forward to a quiet evening at home with the family. Unfortunately, when we finally had the chance to use the patio, we found that both the grill and the fire pit were not operational. It was a bit of a disappointment.
