Enjoy beach living in this light-filled home. An immaculate, modern getaway is perfect for friends and family. With over 3,300 square foot, there's tons of room – 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Multiple areas to entertain, relax and unwind - a front and backyard with fire pit, picnic table and couch for lounging, an upstairs deck and bar; a side deck off of the kitchen with grill. One room downstairs is a dedicated office. Please note we have a cat that comes with the property; he's indoor/outdoor so no litter box, just need to feed him. Will consider pets.
So cozy, you’ll want to spend a lot of time just hanging out, but there is so much to enjoy nearby! The beach is just a 12 minute walk and The Strand, a walking and running path along the beach, is a must do while visiting. Surfing, paddle boarding and biking is popular here and we provide a foam board and boogie boards for your stay as well as a collapsable wagon. Downtown Manhattan Beach is just a 15 minutes away on foot with wonderful shopping and an incredible selection of restaurants
For those working remotely, we have one room that is an office and two other desks in the house

Summary: The property is beautiful, comfortable and well cared for. And Maui the cat is a real delight. Nice quiet residential location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: This is a five star property and the owners are so kind and accommodating. The house itself is an oasis in a great neighborhood, it is appointed very well and elicits a calming effect while you are there. I enjoyed the backyard sanctuary with the fireplace and seating area. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach area and very close to every amenity you could need. I walked everywhere and left the car in the driveway. I highly recommend this home and thanks to Laine and Jonathan for their splendid hospitality.
