This home is has two living areas that open to the lanai making your vacation easy and relaxing. It also has a bright kitchen that opens to one living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights. This home has hurricane impact windows and doors and the covered lanai area has hurricane impact fabric that encloses it. Perfect pool/jacuzzi home with pool bath off the pool area. Master and guest room sliders that open to the pool area for a relaxing Florida vacation. The large master and bath have dual sinks and two walk-in closets. This is a quiet location with relaxing views and minutes to Englewood & Boca Grande Beaches, restaurants & shopping.

Summary: This house is top clean pool amazing all I have it’s the best. I will stay again and I make sure that all my friends and family knows about this And my costumers they save my vacation after the first house that was Not true this company failed with bad ac unit and not clean house so inconvenient to beach and places We will be back THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Summary: I wish I could say this house was "all that", but I cannot. The house has great potential..but....the carpets were shot/gross and the pool and lanai badly in need of a good scrubbing. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Did not expect to have to do their laundry, could not get tv to work without a real techy type person we had to call (no instructions)... and no cable...only streaming. pool has a leak...we had to help pool lady fill it... I would say if they resolved all these issues they would have a vert nice rental...but for the money we paid? no way.
