A golfer’s delight! Located on The Palms 18 hole golf course with four courses within 10 minutes of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned house with private screened in pool. Family room with a pull out couch. Master bedroom with queen size bed. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Can sleep at least 5 or 6 total. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Lots of closet space. Includes cable and Internet access. Quiet deeded community with local hiking trails within minutes and only 15 minutes away by car from Englewood beach, shops, restaurants and night life. Located between Venice and Port Charlotte. Many boat tours and boat rentals available in the area. Catch a Stone Crabs “Tampa Bay Rays” minor league baseball game only a half hour away. There is no Hot Tub or Grill at residence.

Summary: We loved staying in this villa! It felt like a home away from home. The villa was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The pool was great heated in the winter time, and the patio was perfect for relaxing. The location was perfect, just a short drive to many golf courses. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: House was great. Bikes an added treat. Enjoyed the pool. Not much furniture but enough for us. Great location. Convenient to a lot of places beaches, restaurants, ball games.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. Even though the pool cage was gone (thanks to hurricane Ian) we enjoyed it very much. Walking, and riding bikes around the area we felt very safe. Our month went way to fast!
