Positive: The Cambodian staff were lovely particularly the receptionist from Siem Reap. The resort itself was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Negative: Before booking, I had received a strong recommendation from a recent guest who spoke highly of the morning yoga sessions. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were informed that these sessions were no longer being offered. This was disappointing, as it had been one of the factors in our decision to stay at the resort. In advance of our trip, we also made every effort to secure a sea view room for all three nights of our stay. While this wasn’t possible, we were pleased to have one confirmed for our final night. However, the room allocated did not reflect the standard of the other sea view rooms we had seen at the property, so we requested to move. Although our request was accommodated, the interaction with a senor member of staff left us feeling that it was treated as an inconvenience rather than a reasonable request, which was unfortunate.

Summary: Lovely resort for 2 or 3 days. Not much happening outside the resort (limited restaurants etc.)
