Positive: The property was very beautiful, new and modern with genuinely the most beautiful view i have ever seen in a resort, the staff were so kind and always helped us with whatever we needed, anything from booking ferry’s to supplying us mosquito spray, definitely would recommend to stay here. A big thank you to Chumnit we was incredibly helpful and very good at his job.

Positive: We arrived at The Beach Resort having been badly let down by other accommodation on the island. Despite only making our reservation at 1.30am the day before we arrived, the experience could not have been better. From the outset Mr Chumnit and his amazing team were incredible. The hotel facilities were impeccable and - having toured around the island - Pagoda Beach is easily the nicest spot on Koh Rong. Mr Chumnit organised tours of Bioluminescent plankton, scooter hire, and onward transport to Phnom Penh for us - he even gave us a demonstration of how to ride the scooters. The food was consistently excellent and the whole experience was a 10/10. Thanks to Mr Chumnit and his team, our stay in Koh Rong was an experience of a lifetime.

Positive: The room was new , very clean , smells good , new furniture . The beach was clean , white sand , friendly staff . Very nice & clean pool with nice view to the ocean.

Negative: resort restaurant was very overpriced with not testy food . The beach needs to improve more lights at night .The island is empty & overpriced tuktuk rent which was not the resort problem but the island problem it self

Positive: Is a very nice location and the pool/beach are very scenic and relaxing. The staff were very friendly also.

Negative: The beds were very firm, nothing wrong with them, just something to consider if you prefer a soft bed.

Positive: The beachfront was fabulous. However, having access to their sisters resorts next door made it a lot better.

Negative: The resort itself wasn’t great especially for the price and the food was quite disappointing. The bathroom was quite smelly and the shower was poor. The outdoor BBQ was also very poor value for money. The location lacks a mini mart massively. You are very limited and must eat at the resort or its sister resorts next door.

Positive: This place is pure paradise! The beach right in front of the resort is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Crystal clear water, white sand, palm trees. Also the staff is super friendly! And you have some great amenities to use: gym, stand up paddles and kayaks, four different pools, different restaurants, a beach bar. We had a great stay!

Positive: Management and reception staff were super helpful to make sure we’re all settled well and get the best from our experience with hotel services. We were taken care of with all our requests. The beach is amazing!

Negative: Landscaping is not yet finished after the construction. It would be great to have some dividers like plant pots on shared terraces. Restaurant staff can further enhance their knowledge on the serving procedures.
