Positive: The manager is very helpful and will go above and beyond for you. The staff here are all very nice. Their cocktails are great. The pools are clean. We got upgraded to a room that was so much nicer than the rooms on the side which was a bonus.
Negative: There’s not much not to like about this spot. I didn’t stay in their most basic rooms but they looked like they wouldn’t have been as nice to I would say upgrade to the rooms with the sliding doors!

Positive: Very luxurious. It felt like we were on our own little island. Lots of privacy.
Negative: Too many dogs. I came out early in the morning to catch the sunrise and came across two dogs that started to growl at me. Luckily my husband heard me screaming and chased the dogs away.
Summary: I absolutely love the place. It was very secluded and the breakfast are pretty good.

Positive: Having lived and traveled in the South Pacific island region for 5 years, I have experienced some of the world's best beach resorts. The Beach Resort was equally impressive with its natural landscape, beach, food offerings, and activities. Better yet, the impeccable service from the staff led by the manager, Chumnit, was consistently accommodating and genuinely hospitable, which made me feel at home from my arrival until I left. I have stayed at several resorts on Koh Rong. The Beach Resort with its adjacent sister properties is the best I have experienced on Koh Rong. I strongly recommend it as the go-to place. I look forward to returning.

Positive: Great employees and personnel, beautiful view, the sea, the beach is very beautiful.
Negative: Far from the restaurant if you want to change and try other stuff. Need to go to longset beach and koh touch by moto.

Positive: The property was very beautiful, new and modern with genuinely the most beautiful view i have ever seen in a resort, the staff were so kind and always helped us with whatever we needed, anything from booking ferry’s to supplying us mosquito spray, definitely would recommend to stay here. A big thank you to Chumnit we was incredibly helpful and very good at his job.

Positive: We arrived at The Beach Resort having been badly let down by other accommodation on the island. Despite only making our reservation at 1.30am the day before we arrived, the experience could not have been better. From the outset Mr Chumnit and his amazing team were incredible. The hotel facilities were impeccable and - having toured around the island - Pagoda Beach is easily the nicest spot on Koh Rong. Mr Chumnit organised tours of Bioluminescent plankton, scooter hire, and onward transport to Phnom Penh for us - he even gave us a demonstration of how to ride the scooters. The food was consistently excellent and the whole experience was a 10/10. Thanks to Mr Chumnit and his team, our stay in Koh Rong was an experience of a lifetime.

Positive: The room was new , very clean , smells good , new furniture . The beach was clean , white sand , friendly staff . Very nice & clean pool with nice view to the ocean.
Negative: resort restaurant was very overpriced with not testy food . The beach needs to improve more lights at night .The island is empty & overpriced tuktuk rent which was not the resort problem but the island problem it self
