Positive: This is an excellent place to relax for a few days on the beach. The resort's location is superb with nice beach bags and a small beach bar. The bungalows are brand new and clean. The hotel has both bungalows as well as hostel accommodation with more hostel beds than bungalows. This gives it more of a back packer vibe than a mid class family hotel vibe which we in fact liked. The manager was very accommodating and they even drive to the jetty on the day of our departure when the realised that my wife had left a piece of jewellery in the room.

Negative: - The wifi in the room did not really work and you had to go to the reception area for a decent internet connection. - breakfast was not included and will costs EUR 7-10 per person - the menu of the restaurant was mostly geared towards their backpacker guests (burgers, pizza, etc.): we had all our lunches at the next door Beach Walk KohRong resort (which has an excellent kitchen and menu) and dinners at the Barracuda beach restaurant that is a 100 meters away. These are all things you would not expect from a hotel at this price point.

Summary: Superb location with relaxed vibe; but better value as a hostel than as a hotel.

Positive: The location is quiet, but close enough to all the locations and major entertainment areas. The rooms and balconies are spacious with an amazing view of the beach. The menu is sublime. The chefs and assistants have a great taste of flavours and cuisine. Prices are very affordable.

Positive: Absolutely perfect location. Amazing view of the sea, 20 steps and you are on the beach - nice and quiet area. Walk another 10 minutes and you are in a much busier section. Lovely room

Positive: White Beach is on the quiet end of the beach, which is what we wanted. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. We had 3 of us, and the room fit us comfortably. The bungalow balcony on the water and looking at the beach is a win. Staff was friendly. Seating on beach is plentiful.

Negative: It seems that they're still getting themselves settled, as they seem new. Just a few minor details missed which would increase the enjoyment of the stay - replacing all the towels at cleaning, slow drains and leaks, having enough items (eg towels, cups, water) for 3 people when booked for 3.
