Positive: Amazing location and fantastic ocean vista from the balcony. Parking excellent.
Negative: The property was a little "tired" both bathrooms had leaks from the toilets and faulty tap in one bathroom. The wifi was poor, although you don't visit Xai Xai to spend too much time on devices it may impact some kids in particular.

Negative: Gets really annoying when WiFi is advertised, but there’s no internet… doh it don’t work. At least it was only one night.
