Positive: Excellent service with lots of attention to detail. Well managed. Friendly staff. Very good location for families with children. I chose it for the gym, the rock pools on the beach for young kids and the fact that it has self-catering units. We will come back!

Negative: Transport to Xai Xai town is expensive if you don't have a car.
