Negative: The pillow they are not comfortable at all, and I felt that having a bathroom without a door is not nice at all—you don’t feel any privacy. I also would have preferred a direct door from the balcony leading straight down to the beach.

Positive: I loved everything about the place, even though I feel like they can improve on breakfast and create some sort of entertainment,like dj's or band at the sand bar restaurant.

Negative: I was very disappointed at the cleaning staff for not cleaning our villa on Saturday with a tag hanging on the door saying we're out, please clean the room" And then on Sunday, yes we were a bit late on checking out but they came and rushed us even brought a supervisor on us. I felt as if she was trying to threaten us and we felt very disrespected. The fact that we paid a penalty fee for checking out an hour late is what made me very upset wondering why was the supervisor acting crazy on our expense. She could've just advised that there will be a penalty which is OK, but she instead, was awful and acting stupid and rachet. That's so low, the cleaning staff needs some customer service/relations skills. That was the worst treatment ever towards paying clients because we were not a charity case. San Martinho needs to l9ok into this and do better
