Summary: Beautiful view, very peaceful, enjoyed sitting out and watching wildlife. House was very clean, kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Beds were okay, keep in mind I like my bed very firm, all of the beds were a little more towards the soft side. I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: Overall, this property was very nice. Only window A/C units- 2 of which were in bedrooms with doors closed at night leaves only 1 window unit to cool the entire house. That wasn't enough.The main part of the house, the family room area and dining room, had huge windows on both sides of the house with no blinds or curtains. We thought it was no big deal because you are in the middle of nowhere with no close neighbors...but several times during our stay a black and a white pick-up truck appeared in front of the house. Never saw people, but it was creepy. Especially when you can see into previously mentioned windows because there is no way to ensure privacy. We were very disturbed.

Summary: Super cute house in the country with the best view of the mountains. My family loved our stay here and it was a short 15 min drive to Durango. Highly recommend staying here and the host was quick with any questions i had before our stay. No issues during our stay and i would 100% stay here again. Perfect if you prefer the country to staying in town and are looking for breathtaking views.
