Summary: The room was TINY - I can't imagine staying here in winter and having to take off or store any amount of clothing! Check in was in a completely different building. There were NO restaurants open at all - we had to drive 20 min down a winding road back to town to eat, then 20 min back to the hotel. We didn't even know there had been an exercise room until after we checked out. The building next store was under construction so late afternoon sounds of beeping back up and safety sounds from the work site were a problem; same thing early next morning. Mosquitoes made walking the hillside a problem. The wildfire smoke was so bad you couldn't see the top of the mountain.

Summary: When we got to the reception to get the keys , I told receptionist Valentina that we checked in online (and I got a confirmation from the hotel) . Valentina , the receptionist, twice told me that I didn't check in , until the system loaded and she saw she's wrong... No apologies... Then she asked if we read the property policies. I said yes , we did. When I asked her where we should park , she mentioned in an arrogant manner that she already asked us if we read the property policies and I said yes... A bitter aftertaste to have a such a service... Valentina is not suitable to work with customers , absolutely unacceptable...

Summary: Great location! Amazing views from the room. Multiple activities available on the resort. Good WiFi and cable connectivity. Disappointed with room services (had one visit in 9 days) and we had to pick up ourselves sheets, towels and coffee. Room was not clean at the end of our stay (floor and dust)

Summary: We were not told that you needed to book a time to use hot tub. Kids were disappointed that we could not go. The suite was perfect for our short stay

Summary: Hotel staff went out of their way to give restaurant suggestions! Price was amazing for quality of hotel etc.

Summary: This hotel is showing its age and wear. Bed/mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, with springs easily felt. Dust covering many surfaces that aren’t regularly cleaned, and several areas of the bathroom are dirty or have wear and tear. The tub drain barely worked, so water would build up during your shower. The towels and bedding were clean, and your usual surfaces (counters/sink) were cleaned. I was surprised the building was fairly quiet, and the exterior is beautiful for photos. Overall, not the most comfortable stay, but passable if needed.
