Positive: Everything! We felt like we were walking into a home from home. We’d been travelling for a while and walking into Jeannie’s house and being met by such a lovely lady made us feel so at home. It was spotless and homely with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Bath robes too! It was like staying at your mum’s house! And what a spread Jeannie gave us for breakfast! My word! Beautiful view from the front of the house looking onto the mountains. The only downside is that we were only there for one night. It was lovely to meet Pepper the cat too ☺️

Positive: Absolutely beautiful property with a great view. The hot tub and backyard is wonderful and inside is perfect for a family. The breakfasts are delicious and we could never eat everything. Jeannie is a great host and even went out and got our son a little teddy which he was so excited about!

Positive: Jeannie is an excellent host. She really made us feel at home. The breakfast was scrumptious and generous. We travelled with our elderly parents and stayed two nights at Deer Ridge. All four of us loved everything about this B&B including Pepper - the house cat.

Negative: Nothing. The only suggestion - although appreciative, we think it would not have been necessary for Jeannie to clean our rooms, made our beds and changed all our towels mid of our two-night stay. It was too much work for her and perhaps, a little unnecessary burden to the environment too.

Summary: I would give this place 12 out of 10 if Booking lets me

Positive: We had a fabulous night staying at Deer Ridge B&B. Jeannie made us feel very welcome. We've been travelling on a road trip for two weeks and it was by far the best place we stayed. The breakfast was exceptionally good. It's a shame we only had one night.

Negative: Nothing, it was all good.
