Positive: Air conditioner, bed was comfy , all the staff was friendly & accommodating and they spoke English that was a major plus

Negative: No blanket in the room or extra towels but when we asked the items were provided

Negative: - next to the hotel is a cunstruction but not hotels fault. It was loud early in the morning until late in the evening

Positive: Excellent location in the middle of the city center, walking distance to everything shops and restaurants.They have car parking which is great. Very professional staff, friendly and polite. I would like to thank Nabil and Zainab for their service and kindness.

Positive: Nice hotel, great location, spacious room with all the amenities. Had most wonderful view from the window - to the castle and the sea - perfect, what else is to add :) Hotel had underground garage which was a big bonus when traveling by car. We also had decent breakfast. Location is central but really quite, there is a lovely restaurant right by that we enjoyed having late dinner.
