Positive: Location is great, service is exceptional, very very clean rooms, comfortable environment, the breakfast is so fresh and delicious, i loved all the details about this hotel, and will definitely come again, thank you.
Negative: The spa and hamam services were closed for 10 days for renovation

Positive: The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. The suite with jacuzzi bath was exceptional. The location suited us, not too far from the airport and perfect for touring surrounding neighbourhoods.
Negative: The only downside with only one restaurant was that breakfast and dinner were served in the same place. For that reason we ate out in the evenings most of the time.
Summary: We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our needs.

Positive: Nice clean and new hotel in the center of the city. The staff is really helpfull and are always smiling. Our rooms were really nice and clean. The staff offered us a better room, with a view but because we needed two separate one person beds we could not take the room with the view. The view from the breakfast terras on the top floor is superb!
Negative: Parking is sometimes an issue, but this is understandable as this is a problem everywhere in city centers in Turkiye.
Summary: Had a great stay, will come back for sure.
