Welcome to Gigi's Retreat, one of the few Licensed Short-Term Vacation Rentals on the Windward side of Oahu. This three bedroom, three bath home with large swimming pool sits on .9 acres of Kailua Beachfront. The home has been recently refurbished with new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, linen and accessories making it clean, comfortable and refreshed. A beautiful, ocean front lawn separates the home from the ocean, offering quiet and privacy. Two miles of white sandy beach front the home - an ideal spot for swimming, bodysurfing, paddling and kite surfing.
The spacious rooms offer a flexible bedding arrangement that will appeal to groups of various sizes and makeup.
The Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1- (Primary) King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa split a/c, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (Sleeps 2-4)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, split a/c, en-suite bathroom, shower (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds and Twin sized Bunk Beds, split a/c, en-suite bathroom, shower (Sleeps 4-6)
This classic Kailua beachfront home is located on the Windward side of Oahu, 30 minutes from Honolulu and approximately 1 mile from the center of Kailua Town where guests will enjoy a variety of family-friendly restaurants, grocery and boutique shops. Cool, ocean breezes keep the home comfortable throughout the year. Newly installed air conditioning "split" systems have been added to all the bedrooms for extra evening comfort on those hot summer nights.
Note; this property is for quiet residential vacation accommodations only. Parties, weddings, receptions, Luaus, events and gatherings of any kind are prohibited.

We had a total of 10 stay and plenty of room with the indoor/outdoor living. Pool, lawn and beach were the highlights. The house was a bonus, fully stocked and manager had a rapid response. Would definitely stay again! Buzz's and Nico's restaurants are super close and good!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in an absolute perfect location! on the beach with enough distance to provide privacy. The beach is soft sand, just the right amount of waves (in July), a mile from the kailua village. It is perfect! the house is beautiful. The owners clearly love the property with lots of art and other touches that make it a home. The property was very well kept, the house extremely clean. the living area cannot be more perfect with ocean on one side and a great pool on the other with the living room in between. I can't say enough about the lawn and the beach access. An amazing tree with a large canopy provides shade all day for sitting either on the lawn facing the ocean or on the beach. All was perfect.Because of a scheduling glitch with VRBO, the property was not ready for two days after we got there. The property managers had found us a wonderful place just down the beach to use for two days even before our plane landed. They were extremely helpful and made the transition as easy as possible. Thank you Steve for all your help. We are ready to book again for our next trip!
