Positive: Good location, 20-25 min walk to Murrayfield and all Edinburgh sights. Comfortable beds. Fabulous hosts, nothing too much trouble. Nice breakfast of berries, yoghurt, juice , croissants. Tea, coffee and biscuits always available in communal dining room.

Negative: Tea making facilities in room would’ve made it perfect for us but I understand rationale against this.

Summary: Great for short stays in Edinburgh. Would recommend.
