Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very good value for money. Very large room with kettle and kitchenette. Strong air-con. Assisted me with booking bus tickets to Kupang, which is quite a challenge.

Negative: Difficult to catch any staff. Reception was almost always empty. Location is ok, mikrolets (public transport minivans) run by frequently, but walking is quite far to all major points, like port, BNU bank, beachfront - about half hour walk. But big supernarket is across the road. Massage parlors in abundance next door abd around the quarter, but price is 20usd per hour, what is twice higher than in Thailand, or four times more expensive than in Laos or Cambodia.

Positive: I wasn’t sure what to expect (0 reviews), but it turned out to be a really good stay in Dili. The room was clean, spacious, and free of bugs. The staff were very nice and helpful — they even dropped us off at Timor Plaza (the bus station) the next morning at no extra charge. I would definitely stay here again!
