Summary: Beautiful building, lots of classic antique touches, room was spotless, staff was incredible, short walk to water front, and included breakfast was classic. About only complaint I had was the HVAC unit which was like the "Motel #" type, extremely loud, and kept waking me up.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The staff was very warm and helpful. The large two bedroom, two story room was perfect for 3 adults. The made to order breakfast, included in the price, was delicious. We could not have been happier with our stay.

The hotel was so beautiful, and the location was so so walkable and perfect! The breakfast was made to order, which was a treat. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Garrison in Newburyport!
