Positive: Overall a very nice place.

Negative: Maybe I missed somewhere but there was no instruction on AC energy/eco mode with a temp at 65...which was way to cold. Also front bedroom fan/light remote wasn't working and couldn't turn light off and leave fan on. Usually when you are oceanside beach chairs and other equipment is available.

Positive: Easy to communicate with the host and great indoor and outdoor space. House was very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc and it was incredibly comfortable.

Negative: No complaints. We had a great stay!

Positive: It was a clean ,comfortable space. The decor was modern and attractive . There were two parking spaces. Nearby beach area is not suitable for swimming.the mouth of Merrimack River better suited for cast fishing .

Negative: The exterior was untidy. The check-in time is 4 with check out at 10 am . Too short and not good value at over five hundred dollars a night with cleaning and admin fees. After the booking is confirmed , a rental agreement with terms stating additional fees for circumstances must be signed before access code is provided.

Summary: A nice apartment beneath the owners' home.
