Positive: The host answered my messages very quickly before my stay. I wanted to stay arrive a day earlier and they helped me change my booking dates through the app. Check in was easy and I'm grateful for the host waiting for me as I was later than intended. However clear instructions are left for a self check-in if required. The postcode took me straight to the address and there was no difficulty finding it. The studio was perfect for my stay; completely self contained and private. At night the street is very quiet and I was not disturbed by traffic despite having the windows open. I would definitely like to return if I'm back in the area again.
