Come enjoy our quiet and sunny 75 m² appartment with private garden at only 4 minutes walk from the lake.
It's a 2 bedrooms appartment with an open kitchen fully equiped, a living room with TV and wifi and a bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms are equiped with double bed and, in one of them there is an additional kid's bed (single bed).
On demand, we can add a baby bed and a baby chair for free. You will also have the possibility to rent bed linen and towels with an additional cost.
The garden is fully equiped with table and chairs, sunshade and barbecue.
You will have a private car park inside the property and 4 bikes that you can use.

Summary: The apartment is very nice and tidy with all the facilities you need to vacate. The owners live on the first floor but are never intrusive. They are very helpful and show every detail of the apartment and how it works at arrival. It is really nice that they offer 4 bikes to borrow, so we can shop in the supermarket nearby and reach Annecy city easily. The only minuses are the outdoor benches and loungers and the fridge is a bit slow to cool our things down. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and can recommend it to others.

Summary: We spent a really lovely week in this apartment in Annecy-le-Vieux in August (please note incorrect date above). Mme Laniel, who lives upstairs, was extremely welcoming but also unintrusive. The apartment is perfect for families with small children as it is on the ground floor and the garden is safely enclosed with an electric gate. This means our son could play outside safely while we prepared meals etc. The apartment itself is simple but well equipped, especially with kitchen equipment. Plenty of space to eat inside or outside. Perfect quiet location, 10 mins walk from lake where there are restaurants and you can hire bikes and pedalos. 10 mins from small town centre of Albigny with Petit Casino minimarket, cafes and bakeries. An excellent large supermarket is also about 10 mins walk away. Regular buses run into central Annecy or it's a pleasant 20-30 minute walk along the lake.
