Summary: Very nice property! Only disappointment was the lack of balcony privacy. The building is built with staggered sections so we could see into 6 to 8 balconies all around us and they could see us.

Summary: It’s our second time in this condo, and both trips have been flawless! Love the convenient location, beach access, and covered parking that comes with this unit. It is time for an interior refresh however, as this unit is starting to show its age. Would be nice to have streaming access to the TV’s and a washer/dryer that can handle beach towels. That said, a clean, convenient, simple floor plan that easily handles the needs of our small family!
